THREATS:-

• WestJet competes with the airlines like Porter airline, Air Canada and American airline which is the biggest threat.
• Inflation in fuel is also a threat for WestJet.
• WestJet has a small margin of revenue to its operation cost.
• All Potential customers of the WestJet airlines face alternative options like bus lines, ferry services, train systems.
